Over the past few months I have contemplated beginning a journal of my recent endeavors while delving in deep study of God's Word. And while I hadn't thought of sharing them via the internet, as of recent, I have decided to express my views publicly.
Dare to be a David was designed to help men and women defeat the "giants" we are all forced to face daily.
We all have them. No matter what they are, each one of us faces giants every day. We may not be facing a nine-foot tall giant with a sword, but no matter what your giant may be, it can be just as scary if we are not equipped with the right defense.
We can better conquer our daily giants by remembering to put on the full armor of God (as described in Ephesians 6:10-20).
Our day-to-day life will become much easier if we allow ourselves to lean on the Creator in times of toil, and, in celebration.
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." - Proverbs 3:5-6
